It is easy to follow instructions. No need a tax accountant.
What's great about it: Can check status on the phone anywhere
What's not so great: Confusing on the health market insurance

TurboTax does everything I could want it to do

I have used TurboTax every year since about 1994. It has gotten much better over the years. Nobody likes taxes but TurboTax makes it as easy as possible.

Overall: great! Would have liked a better question/answer option to handle any unusual items that came up during the tax preparation process. But, the final answer is that I was satisfied with the product.

Pretty easy for first time users

Really easy to use. Explains things thoroughly or gives you links to find out. Did not like how it wasn't listed on the box that you had to pay extra for state program and then again to file the state. I guess it is what it is.
What's great about it: Walks you through everything
What's not so great: Couldn't find out how to load my new husbands past turbo tax with mine.
