Made filing my taxes so easy!

I have used Turbo Tax for the last 4 years and it has made it easy to know what I need to collect before hand so that the filing flows smoothly and quickly. I always start my next year folder once I complete the prior years taxes so the the information I collect though out the year just goes right into the file. Saves a lot of time when I file. I have lots of medical deductions so the folder is great.
What's great about it: Easy, fast, found 2 items that saved me money
What's not so great: must have your information collected before you start...

Quicker than snot!

Aside from a problem in the email address change the next issue was that your message could have been better worded as to what to 'click' if one forgot their password, etc. Past that you folks are getting better and I fully expect to be getting Turbo Tax 2015 next year. I came to your software in 1998 because H&R block messed up my state taxes for the three prior years. But this was corrected once I used your product. So thanks and continue to improve and I will continue to use Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Quick updates and explanations.
What's not so great: Recently changed e-mail but system resists change.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Knew status of fed and state continuously

Pin number business frustrating - number I was given kept being changed when went to next and final forms. Not sure was done correctly. Better explanation of why and what to do would be helpful. Easy last year.
What's great about it: Good transfer of previous year
What's not so great: PIN number process very confusing

Over All: Turbo-Tax has been a main stay for us for the past ten years I highly recommend it to anyone and everyone! It's well worth it's cost and YOU CAN DEDUCT THE COST OF THE SOFTWARE on your following years Taxes Too!
What's great about it: E-Z To Work With and NO Hassles!
What's not so great: I wish it were set up to show you the form as you go but no such LUCK!

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and each year it gets better and easier. Without it, I don't think I would try to file my own taxes.

Underwhelming

Since my mother died I was into a new area of tax returns. TT did a good job of downloading her retirement info into my return.
It's Deductable (ID) had its poorest performance ever. Everything appeared to download OK, but when I ran my reviews, it took me 8 tries to get everything correct. It was not clear what was wrong, and all the info I originally entered into ID was what was missing. Not sure why it didn't import properly. Very disappointing.
What's great about it: ability to download confusing files from my mother's estate directly into Turbo Tax
What's not so great: clunky navigation; incomplete It's Deductable download
