Great Tax Software

I have used this software for years. I find it is easy to use, but this year the changes were veiled or working in the background. I found this a little confusing.

Have used TurboTax for several years but was extremely disappointed to discover the Idaho form was not complete.

Still happy with product

The section with state taxes (ny) was somewhat difficult as the program skipped many of the areas which required imput until I was ready to submit the form

Quick & easy as always!

Other than the free filing issue, I'm as happy as I always am. My kids are as well...they come over and use my other 4 free federal filings!
What's great about it: Love that it imports my tax info and accesses last year's return
What's not so great: It asked if I wanted to use my 1 free state filing included in package. I said yes, charged me any way

Fast and Efficient

Takes some time to initially find the correct deductions. After that process it moves very quickly and accurately.
What's great about it: I have used Turbotax for several years and recommend it highly.Not having to enter every address for deductions.
What's not so great: None

Overall I love doing our taxes through turbo tax... I love how it walks you through everything, and I absolutely love the "it's deductible" help. I always recommend it to everyone. Thank u for more than 10 years (I think) of your great help!
