Quick and Easy

My form was the 1040EZ. TurboTax let me go to the forms I needed to fill out. I didn't have to answer questions about forms that don't affect me. Once the program loaded, I was done and e-filed within 30 minutes. This is not my first rodeo with TurboTax and it won't be my last. Highly recommended!
What's great about it: Pulled in my info from last year and let me complete the rest
What's not so great: Can't think of anything I didn't like.

It was so helpful to get step-by-step instructions on what to fill in and what document to refer to for filling in the correct information. It was fast, easy and so comprehensive!

You make it easy for an old lady (70 years young ) to get everything done in a very simple way. Everybody should use you product.

Could use some more improvement

Did not seem as user friendly as years before. Had problems in entering a 1099-misc item. Call Turbo Tax for help and was on hold for over 30 minutes. Just hung up and hope for the best. Also too many choices of products. Should have one for home and one for business.
What's great about it: easy to follow and use
What's not so great: On one section only two choices and neither fit my situation and it would not let me continue.

I am a first time user and turbo tax walked me right through everything. very user friendly. able to have my questioned answered. and I made a mistake and they emailed me promptly and walked me through on how to fix it. very happy customer!
