After spending a great deal on the program, I also had to pay for e-filing.. charges that should be included in the cost of the program.

The download version of the software is a better value compared to the online version. If you downloaded deluxe you got one state included.The on-line version these were sold separately. Glad I figure this out before I made a purchase,

WHAT HAPPENED?

I LOVE TURBO TAX AND HAVE BEEN USING IT FOR YEARS. LAST YEAR I NOTICED THAT THE SOFTWARE WAS NOT AS INTUITIVE AS IN THE PAST. i JUST FINISHED THIS YEAR'S RETURN, AND I NOTICED THE SAME THING. I NOTICED SOMETHING IN MY FINAL REVIEW THAT I HAD NOT BEEN PROMPTED ABOUT (VEHICLE REGISTRATION TAXES), AND i HAD TO GO BACK AND FILL IT OUT. THE SAME THING HAPPENED LAST YEAR WITH A DIFFERENT PROMPT. I NEVER REMEMBER THIS BEING AS ISSUE BEFORE. WHAT HAPPENED?
What's great about it: EASY TO USE
What's not so great: ISN'T AS INTUITIVE AS IT WAS

Great Program

I have been using Turbo Tax for years and I never have to sorry that something is wrong with my taxes. It ask the right questions and I enter the information. If I have a question or not clear on what to enter, there are plenty of guides that will help me come to the correct conclusion. I would recommend TT for anyone that wants to do their own taxes and willing to take the time to go through each section that is asked. TT makes e-filing a breeze.
What's great about it: Does all the hard work for me.
What's not so great: Going back to a specific form is not always straight forward.
