Needs Overhaul

I've used TurboTax for several years now and it has been great in the past. This year's version has problems. I kept getting errors that I had to 'Google' to figure out how to correct them. Will research reviews before purchasing next year. Even trying to submit this review was a pain.
What's great about it: Easier than doing it by hand
What's not so great: Too many issues trying to use it

Worst ever

It is now the 13th of April and I cannot e-file because the software won't run. I keep getting error messages. I hope I can still print this and mail it in and not find out that I have paid twice.
I am hating this software. I didn't use it last year and probably will never try it again.

Easy to use

I have used Turbo Tax for last 5 years. and haven't been audited yet. It is easy to use and I trust it's calculations!
What's great about it: keeps running pay/refund total at top as you enter info
What's not so great: picked up incorrect tax paid total and I couldn't change so I had to start a new refund

As a user for over 25 years, your product has again exceeded my expectations of usability and ease of completeing my returns.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used TurboTax for years and it is my go to as long as I have to deal with the federal tax code and IRS as it exists.

There was a few times that I wish I had more data on why that was better for me. However, it is a good product for federal. Expensive for State...
What's great about it: Quick - Especially if you carry over data.
What's not so great: State Tax $25 dollars Extra
