It will get better

I have been using Turbo Tax for the last 10 years. Best tax software in my book. Very intuitive and easy to maneuver. Would recommend to family and friends.
What's great about it: Fast, economic and hassle free
What's not so great: Lately slow loading and updating of software

I've been using TurboTax since its first year. I've never been disappointed, it is accurate, comprehensive, and quick. Great product.

Confusing

Overall still better than manually filling out forms. The state and school district tax needs to be separated. Very confusing when trying to understand what needs mailed. Should be able to file multiple state returns. Cost of efiling state is ridiculous.

What's not so great: Filing state return is WAY too expensive; filing school district tax was confusing

Quick and easy

I enjoyed how fast I got it all done. It was very in depth and comprehensive so I didn't feel I missed anything.
What's great about it: Always makes something ultra confusing to me simple.
What's not so great: I'm not happy with the new health care penalties.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

It was easy and quick. Was able to stop and get additional information. Then resume from the point I stopped and get is done.
Good software.
