I find Turbo Tax to be easier and easier to fill out. The instructions are much better than in the past

Awsome Product

Should of started using this years ago. This is my second year, and the results were great.
What's great about it: easy and quick
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Annoyed at Deluxe investment changes

I have enjoyed and used Turbo tax for years. The fact that they initially removed the investment portion from this years Deluxe edition was a huge mistake and will cause me to look at other programs next year. The problem was corrected with a software upgrade, but I will definitely be comparison shopping next year.
What's great about it: easy software package to use; updates automatically
What's not so great: I DID NOT like that the 2014 Deluxe edition did not have investments included until customers backlashed

I've been using Turbo tax for over 8 years. The easiest and best way to file taxes.
What's great about it: Love the way the information from W-2 is filled in.
What's not so great: No problems.

Comfort Filing My Taxes

Great software, as always. Thanks. Some areas were not intuitive. For example, I started going down some rabbit hole where the software asked me for my PIN from last year. I wasted time, and ultimately decided to undo my response. Once I was ready to file, TurboTax remembered my PIN from last year. I would like to have more controls to prevent such rabbit holes, or more auto-fill. However, ultimately, I had a good filing, thanks to TurboTax.
What's great about it: similar to prior years
What's not so great: could auto-fill more from last year (e.g. PIN)

Good experience

Overall the product was a good experience and method of filing taxes. A necessary evil that was not made more painful by your product. I did recommend the product to my sister in law, a move ripe with family risk, but nevertheless I felt confident doing so.
What's great about it: Product was very intuitive and straightforward.
What's not so great: Fee for filing state returns.
