The computer is not my closest friend so I very much appreciated the patience shown by the two ladies (Stephanie and Ykeyta). The system should be easier to navigate in order to find a lost password.
What's great about it: The two ladies showed great patience in working me through my problems.
What's not so great: I can only save to the cloud.

usually everything is ok but not this year - found the explanations to be difficult to understand, could not get back into my forms to check out what i wanted to check out and give double checks to. The how to explanations were confusing.
Do not assume all of your customers are computer litterate
as we are not all comfortable with these new fangled convience machines

Turbo Tax Program generated Error

This issue was related to a section "interest deductions". Program asked if we lived in state of Texas all year. and generated dates. Then when we were ready to e-file, it blocked us because the program generated error was unable to resolve. We will not purchase Turbo Tax again unless there is way to contact a representative by a 1-800 number.
Very frustrating.
Please provide a monetary apology. Gerald & Carolyn Robertson

Decent Experience

Have used Turbo tax for the past few years and for as painful as doing your taxes is, Turbo Tax makes it easy. However when I went to the store to purchase the product, I was surprised at how much more it cost than their competitor's products. Might have to try another product next year.
