it was alike confusing at end but over not bad

like the program the walk through and the over every good
What's great about it: affordable and and liike being walk throu it

Charge Three times downloading state software tried for hours getting through no such luck. Never again will I purchased turbotax.
What's great about it: easy to follow instructions
What's not so great: cant get live help. hidden fees

Still not convinced

Got rejected once for not having a PIN, then I couldn't find my way back to my return easily and I almost started filling it out for a third time until I arbitrarily selected the right choice.
What's great about it: Seems easy to fill in the blanks
What's not so great: Didn't save my info and did it over again
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I love doing my taxes w/Turbo Tax. Have been using it for the last five years. Never been disappointed. Will be using it again next tax season.
What's great about it: Easy to Understand, Step by Step, Imports information from last year tax return
What's not so great: None

This wasn't as friendly as last years version, but it worked.
What's great about it: I like being walked through the process, step by step, to insure that I didn't miss anything.
What's not so great: Transition from federal to two states could use improvemernt

Identity stolen through Turbo Tax

I attempted to file my taxes electronically only to find that my identity was stolen and someone had already filed my taxes. I contacted the IRS who instructed me to file my return by mail and call the credit bureaus and file a police report. When I filed the police report the sheriff informed that my identity was stolen through Turbo tax because there was a case of identity theft with Turbo tax. I was not aware of tis issue and did not receive any notification from Turbo tax that someone stole my identity nor did I get any additional advice when filing my taxes this year on how to protect my identity.
What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: Information security

I have used Turbo Tax for 3 or 4 years, always seems to get better.This year was very easy. Started on Sunday entering forms and finished,reviewed, and filed Monday after work.
What's great about it: Very easy to use
