Great product used for over 25 years.
Federal and State applications are outstanding.
City is not complete without "review" walking through items it never asked .... does not provide confidence in product.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: City items not really complete unless go to forms and check
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

sales taxes and income tax

Here's how they compare:
Your state& local income tax deduction $ 2554
Your estimated sales tax deduction $774
Alway defaulted to $772 unless I typed in my own big purchase (truck) sales tax & then I still ended up with a different amount less than the recommended, but at least it was higher that the estimated.
What's great about it: Based on your entries, we recommend the state & local tax deduction for you
What's not so great: doesn't work

Eye Opening for Obamacare

Watch out if you signed up for Obama-Care. If you did what the form asked you for (YOUR income) and didn't read into it that they were really asking for your TOTAL HOME INCOME you're gonna be surprised when you get to the end of your return.
BUT....It definitely is NOT Turbo Tax's fault. Just the Feds!!

I have no idea why anyone would use anything other than TurboTax.
I have been using it for over a decade, and it just gets better and easier every year.
What's great about it: SImple, Comprehensive, Clear, Intuitive
