Got them in!!

Frustrated that the features were removed from Deluxe edition, but TTax seems to have understood everyone's feelings. TTax was communicating to the internet, but could not get the efile to transmit. Followed all tips provided on website. Now need to reinstall the security features removed.
What's great about it: Use each year and info is imported from prior years.
What's not so great: Could not file on desktop. Had to copy everthing to laptop to efile.

I bought the same package as last year. No itemized deduction and last year I'm sure I received one state e file as part of the package. I will pay a lot more attention when shopping next year, especially when looking at your competition. I hope you're happy with your business plan!

Makes Tax- time Less Stressful

Each year there are so many changes in the tax laws. I find I can trust Turbo-Tax to include all the updated laws that will affect my return. I like being offered to walk through all the various categories and options.
What's great about it: Gives all options for each category
What's not so great: None

Confused when filing part year in two states

I finally completed individual returns - as if we were going to file separately. Then with my return, and part year in two states, I was finally able to figure out how to file the NC tax.
Georgia seemed to be good, separating my income by state, and my wife's in one state. NC return software was confusing, it only made sense if it was a separate filing.

What's great about it: Being able to file joint, with income in 2 states - Fed was easy
What's not so great: how to allocate income to the part year states was confusing
