It seems that every year Turbo Tax gets easier and faster... As long as you have your records on hand doing my taxes was as easy as 1 and done. Awesome application. Thank you Turbo Tax for making my Tax filing so much easier, faster, and better.. I wish you all could incorporate W-4 forms for updating

Granny Taxes

As mentioned everything was well laid out and presented in a form that at I was able to understand, at least I think so.
What's great about it: Everything was layed out and for the most part the explainations were complete and understandable to the layman.
What's not so great: In this case I had none. Took me least than an hour to complete.

this was not fun

Last year to find a correct program was easier this year it was harder to pick which one you wanted and the prices doubled for no reason at all.
What's great about it: was easy to find in stores
What's not so great: prices to high doubled from last year
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

What's great about it: Easy to use, especially for my occupation. Great customber service too when I called about a download.

Great service, needs tweaking

I tried to explain an idea but I'm out of space.
What's great about it: convienient, can be done at your leisure, reliable, accurate
What's not so great: the lingo is not user friendly. They should have levels, such as level 1 - for those who are not computer savvy.

Completed simple returns

Extremely glitchy, on a simple return, had to reboot five times to complete. Twice on the initial page to transfer information, then three different times on subsequent pages to complete the return. Also suggest prior to getting into payment options, that is explained before committing to payment page..
What's great about it: Same ease of preparation
What's not so great: Good God Man, how many times do you have to reboot to continue the freaking return!!!!!
