Never Disappoints

I've used Turbo Tax for 15+/- years and it just keeps getting better. Some of my returns have been very simple, others quite complex, but it has always made the job of filing tax returns quick, simple and easy.
What's great about it: Love the ease of use.
What's not so great: I get overwhelmed by the myriad of deductions out there but that rates a never mind!

bad experience this time

Whatever was in the software that I installed this year did not connect with last year's return. What's worse that it kept freezing up my computer during the tax preparation resulting in having to power off the computer in the middle of the session. I will now need to take the laptop to the service center. Other years all went well.
What's not so great: trouble with the program this year

Excellent overall tool and very easy to use. Especially the ability to sign out and being able to sign back in where I left off.
What's not so great: wish the state efile was free.

Nice and Easy

I love TurboTax. My taxes are pretty basic - income from salary, home deductions, and kids. I don't need to spend time learning IRS minutia - I'm better spending my time earning income and paying more taxes. A friend told me I should try TurboTax a few years ago and it is one of the best pieces of advice I have ever gotten.
One suggestion: Add something to the wizards that gives you a chance to save and come back later. Not a huge thing since the entire process only takes an hour or so but interruptions happen :-)
What's great about it: I don't need to learn the IRS tax code!
What's not so great: Can't save and come back later, or it's not obvious.

Over all okay - complaints noted above
What's great about it: Can do them at home
What's not so great: Pensions Social Security IRA 401 K info a little confusing;print too small sometimes
