Good E-Filing but Less Intuitive

This looong-time customer reached more dead ends, more blockages, than in all prior years combined! Did the "Intuitive" guys and gals all retire?
Examples: No obvious way to "Save" in-process returns on computer or cloud; If "various" is unacceptable as a date in Charitable Deductions, why not use "various 2014"? No solution is offered in Helps. (If one gives $10/wk at church must one make 52 date entries?) When checking for errors, the first error MUST be corrected before one can even see the next one (no way for overview, or to skip ahead or return later. Why the blockage? I was never asked anything on investments and I have many MLPs in Roll-over IRAs, am I OK? I'd like to reorder, but found an endless loop, without finding a "REORDER" Button
Please go back to what has worked before. Suggest allowing
a sample audience to preview each year. My previous grades all have been 100% "AAA" but I will give TurboTax one more year.......... Thanks for listening, Respectfully,

Another Good Year with Turbotax

I've used Turbotax for several years and will continue to do so next year. I have confidence in the accuracy of my returns and find the program very user friendly.
What's great about it: Clear and concise with questions to easily compile and file Federal and State returns.
What's not so great: Can be time consuming while gathering needed documentation.

Looooong timer Turbo Tax guy

I have been using Turbo Tax since it first came to market. Probably decades. I have the disk to prove it. I recommend it to all my family and friends. No one has ever gotten angry with me for the recommendation. But they have thanked me.
What's great about it: Like an old friend Turbo Tax become more comfortable each year.
What's not so great: Nothing not to like. It is a great product that does what it supposed to do!

Simple, Quick, Complete

What's great about it: Extremely simple program, available on-line chat,
What's not so great: None, you've taken a great deal of the Tax pain away
