Only 2 problems

I purchased a new MAC computer between last year's filing and this year's. The new MACs do not have disc drives so having the Turbo Tax disc sent to me was a waste of time. I had to call Turbo Tax to get the program sent to me via download but that process was very easy. Unfortunately, despite my having saved last years return onto a portable hard drive and then saving onto the new computer this year's Turbo Tax was unable to recognize last year's return so I had to re-enter all my information.
What's great about it: Easy to follow and understand
What's not so great: was unable to access last years return

Easy to use

I like Turbo tax very much. It is easy to navigate and calculates everything for me. I believe that free state e file should be included as part of the purchase too. Thank you and take care.
What's great about it: detailed directions and guidance and automatic updates to program
What's not so great: Costs money to file state electronically.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Not as user friendly as it could be

Instead of taking me back to where I left off when I did a save,it acted as if I was starting a return new and I had to go through several pages before I got back to where I was before I saved
What's not so great: Dosen't go back to the same page after a file save.

Oldies Can Do This!

I'm an Older Man that is not computer literate. You make this process very easy for those of us that do not use the computer regulary. Very thorough and simple to use. Some items do not apply but it's good to be informed.
What's great about it: Very simple to use
What's not so great: MUST have copies of ALL Documents Required...which is a good thing.

Made things easier than last year

This software was more thorough than last year and I was glad it was so through too.
What's great about it: The step by step process was really good only a few confusing parts.
What's not so great: Concerned about recent hacking of your software and hoping is was fixed before my return went out
