I've been using Turbo Tax Deluxe since it was created. I was very impressed with the integrity demonstrated by having real tax professionals record videos. The learning curve was smooth, as I've explained to other citizens who were deciding which service to use. I miss the videos, but the explanations provided are simple to understand and the additional links are accurate and appreciated. Thank you for a consistently high-quality product.
What's great about it: Consistent, Comprehensive
What's not so great: Miss the videos
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy to Use

Overall, I have had little difficulty over the years using this product. It is a good product and makes it easy to do my taxes. I started a home based business this year and needed to upgrade but had difficulty doing the upgrade on line.
What's great about it: Like Its Deductible...easy to use and capture donations
What's not so great: The Student Education form was complicated; had difficulty

Even though we filed in January 2014 with the state healthcare exchange, the coverage did not start until October 1st of 2014. The computer program did not address the issue of other delays.
What's great about it: Easy to enter information; easy to edit with new information

I really love using Turbo Tax. Easy to follow. Cheaper than any paid tax preparer. I get to review financial information before I file.
What's great about it: Very easy step to follow. Provides explinations if I do have a question. Free e-file of Federal return.
