The initial hubbub about the changes to the product this year were confusing. I essentially went with the package that was as close to the old Deluxe as I could.

No print copy

I worked and worked to print a preview copy of my return. Couldn't get one. Then I gave up and filed the return without a print copy. Still don't have a print copy of my return. It used to be easy to get both a preview and final printed copy. WHAT HAVE YOU DONE>????

What's great about it: no rush, at my own pace.
What's not so great: hidden cost for state prep. Price should include at least 1 state and then charge if you have more than 1 state to file
