I started out in the hole by almost 2000 and ended up getting back well over 5000! turbo tax roxxx!
What's great about it: I love getting what I feel I deserve or more back from our corupt government

I Can Relax with Turbo Tax !!!

I always hated tax time. I either had to pay and accountant way too much, or try to do them myself and that was so intimidating because I don't speak "Tax Language". Turbo Tax explains everything in such an easy way to understand that even I get it. What a blessing!!!!!!

Just keeps getting better

This tax year has been another good experience using Turbo tax. Even navigating the new Health Insurance Marketplace section was fairly easy.
I would offer the following addition to the Help Center section of the Health Insurance module. For 1095A advice for those patrons that found Part III B empty, use only the HealthCare.gov/taxes/ link and avoid any referral to use the Marketplace Call Center as was contained in the 1095A mailing. The link has a handy calculator that looks up the SLCSP by zip code and county. The HIM Call Center was programmed to have us fill out the Form 8962 in long hand. I don't believe that I would have been any closer to discovering the SLCSP had I done that.

SO user friendly

Turbo Tax is awesome. I feel confident that I can gather the required documents, sit down and go to work on the tax return without fear. My taxes are pretty straight forward but there are always some unfamiliar sections and Turbo Tax explains them in layman's language.
What's great about it: guides the process
What's not so great: not always sure I could go back and review my work

I had to pay for the software then pay again to use it I thought that was not fair
