Excellent Tax Program

Excellent tax program, with several ways to research information. If a person is unable to find an answer to their questions then they can call for help. Great customer service and I love the way everyone can offer help. it would be nice if the price for state returns and e-filing was included in the purchased software based on current prices being charged.
What's great about it: Easy to use with updated information
What's not so great: Paying for state returns and e-filing, should be included in program

Overall experience was good. Did have trouble with my state return. It had glitches. Also, I had bought the program with a free state return, but it charged me anyway.
What's great about it: Very quick and self explanatory
What's not so great: A few glitches

Its the Greatest

I have been a user of Turbo Tax since it first came out and it has never disappointed me. Each year it gets easier and easier to use. Most of the information is brought forward from the prior years returns. Add in ItsDeductible Online throughout the year and just import the information and zip right through the rest of the taxes. The total time was about 2 hours (most of it was me running around looking for tax information).
What's great about it: Very easy to use!
What's not so great: few script errors at the end (filing)

Use to do my taxes by hand myself and its so much easier and less stressful doing it in Turbo Tax.

Turbo Tax gets easier to use as you get used to it.
What's great about it: Easy to use, does calculations for you, easy to file. Very convenient.
What's not so great: Difficulty finding page where you enter total value of IRAs. Overlooking will result in incorrect IRA basis.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
