Easy as always

I have used TurboTax for years, and it is quick and easy. I had someone ask for help, directed them to program as well!
What's great about it: Videos and interview format works for me
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy Peasy!!

doing taxes couldn't be easier when using this product. have never had any problem with using the walk through to do donations, figuring appropriate (& IRS accepted) values on items makes this so helpful, easy. all other areas equally uncomplicated!
What's great about it: same easy walk thru format. Donations are super easy to input & find appropriate value.
What's not so great: nothing - all is good

What's not so great: tried to reset password for account and by time I received the email and filled in the form I was timed out

Very good product. Easy to use. Easy to get questions answered in help section. Love the electronic filing options.
What's great about it: easy to use, lots of assistance with deductions
