2014 Form 1040

I have been trying to e-file and print a copy for my records and have not bee able to print and not sure if the gile was sent.
What's great about it: It maintains a good pace and instructions to e-file and printing forms
What's not so great: Not sure if they if form was sent and I can not print the forms.

Turbo Tax 2014

My Turbo Tax has always included a form for one state, charging extra only if you needed another. This year, without notice, they charged for the state form. I was very disappointed. I felt I could have been notified, then make a decision whether or not to use Turbo Tax or find another online service..
I have been using this service since 2005 with good results every time. It is easy to use, fills out all the necessary forms and accurately computes taxes.
What's great about it: Very easy to complete and file your yearly tax returns.
What's not so great: Didn't include one state income tax. Was charged for the form and for filing the fom both.

Easy Does It

I wish the view options were more like Excel so I could view the same forms from different years at the same time. I also wish that the current version would open the previous forms.
What's great about it: Good & simple to follow.
What's not so great: I wish I could do multiple or side by side views.

2014 ITR Filing

Except for the State E-filing fee which can easily be mistaken as part of the FREE Federal E-filing, the whole processing of the ITR using Turbo Tax was good, easy and thorough.

Super Easy

I've been using Turbo Tax software since 2010 and it just gets better and easier to use every year. The information that's imported from the prior tax year saves a lot of time and makes filing super easy. They also make it easy to make changes to that information. I highly recommend their products.
What's great about it: So easy even a forth grader can do it
What's not so great: Nothing

It was very helpful, and in some respects, an essential guide, given my disorderly record keeping and the complexity of tax forms and official instructions. I'd give you five stars, but let's just agree that perfection is always an ideal, never reached.

i was filing on behalf of my deceased father and turbotax does not handle this situation easily. it asks if he died, but then does nothing with the information. i had to manually allocated income between his personal return and an estate return. turbotax surely should do this, people die all the time. otherwise prettty good, but i got some error messages saving the return which was a surprise.
What's great about it: pretty easy to use
What's not so great: had errors saving, and the program does not handle my situation well.
