Glitches in TurboTax Deluxe CD

If you end up purchasing a "lemon" CD you're in trouble. I had problems with my local city taxes putting the wrong name on the wrong income and it would not let me fix it. Could not delete forms with the CD; would not let me specify income not earned in certain cities. I call it a glitch because I've never really had these problems (short of not being able to delete forms) before.
What's great about it: Can save it and come back to it
What's not so great: Cannot easily remedy any software glitches

Accurate and easy to use

I highly recommend turbo tax because it is so easy to follow and it gives me the confidence that the final results are accurate, I got all the deductions I deserved and the chances of being audited are remote.
What's great about it: Easy to use and very good customer support for questions
What's not so great: the wait for customer support was a bit long

TurboTax is very easy to use -- we've used it for years! Be careful to doublecheck your entries -- we always check our entries multiple time to make sure we don't make any mistakes. Sometimes feel like I could use more information as to how it decides which forms, etc. to fill out.
What's great about it: Walks you through the process
What's not so great: Feel like I need to look at tax instructions anyway
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

TTax user going back to Apple IIe days. Product always reliable and intuitive in use. TTax needs to work on the startup. Too slow and the splash screen should be more informative as to what action is taking place. I always use this product and am never disappointed.
What's great about it: Flow from one year to next; seamless Q&A; thorough and detailed.
What's not so great: Too slow to start; splash screen needs to show progress at startup;

2014 Turbo Tax Review

Please provide some assistance in calculating next year;s estimated taxes.
What's great about it: On each step seeing previous year's data to compare with current year's data.
What's not so great: No opportunity to increase next year's projected income for next year's estimated federal taxes

Have been using Turbo Tax since it's inception. This year, I found it to be the most irritating and non-user friendly version. I did not buy the CD, instead down loading it.
Having to sign in online is a pain. At one point, it said that it wasn't me and would let me sign in and when I tried to reset my password, it wouldn't let me.
Will not download again. If next year is like this one, I'll move to another product.
What's great about it: Import previous return, automatic updates
What's not so great: Online service
