Quick, Easy & painless

Easy to use. Found errors that were then able to be corrected either in the form or via the software.
What's great about it: Quick, User Friendly, Intuitive
What's not so great: If there are errors, an English version of IRS-speak would be useful.

box confusing

This year, I accidentally loaded the tax software from 2012 by mistake. I had to go back and redo my taxes again because of this. Please clearly display the tax year on the outside of the box and not just a small notation on the disk.
What's great about it: easy to use, worked as advertised
What's not so great: The box does not desplay year of taxes you are doing.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

As long as you have your paper work ready it is a very easy process as TT walks you through everything.
What's great about it: Easy flow of the return
What's not so great: No Cons it was very comprehensive

terrible setup

what was wrong with old Turbo , at least you could find and do taxes. whose bright idea was it to change and make finding certain forms harder. Was it for the extra money????? I am not sure I will use turbo next year. I have been using for a long time but I was not happy with this one.

I've been using Turbo Tax since 2010 and I love it. It's so easy to use. It's so complete.
What's great about it: Step by step guide; updates checked prior to filing; everything clearly explained
What's not so great: can't think of anything that I didn't like

I have been using TurboTax for many years now and it has yet to let me down. The feature to walk you through a filing step by step is great. It helps you get through the process and also serves as a thought provoker in case you have overlooked an item during your documentation collection.
What's great about it: The walk-you-through feature is great!
What's not so great: None that I can think of
