Easy Peasy

The overall format was excellent and easy to follow. The highlighted explanations were extremely helpful in deciding what items were deductible and what wasn't deductible. Since we had to file in two states, TurboTax made the process very easy. I think one of the best features is the "error findings" and the process to correct them. We have used TurboTax for years and have never been disappointed in the product. We will continue to use it. We have encouraged other family and friends to use as it, as it is a great product and less expensive and more accurate that taking it to a CPA.
What's great about it: The overall format was excellent and easy to follow.

quick and simple

for some reason program did not auto run I had to manually initiate the install, seems in years past, as soon as I placed disk in drive it auto installed. This may be due to settings I may have inadvertently changed, all in all an excellent way to do your taxes.
What's great about it: quick, simple and easy to understand.
What's not so great: auto run on download.

Wasn't too bad

Was far less painless than I thought - Data transfer from previous years is a great feature.
Was worried with hearing all of the breaches in TurboTax that I might have an issue with someone using my tax ID and filing in my name, but was able to file and taxes were accepted. Much relief here!
What's great about it: Walking me through was pretty painless

"looping back through the sales tax component"- because I itemized sales tax on my car in WA, it kept asking to review sales tax deductions.
