Improvements

It is difficult to find the estimated tax forms.
Once they are done once, it is only my experience with old versions of Turbo Tax that lets me find them again.
Changing my taxes did not change my estimated taxes since I was using part of my refund to pay estimated taxes and part to come back to me.
Changing my taxes did not change the amount of money I got back. Even though my overall taxes changed.
For some reason once estimated taxes are used with a tax overpayment, all the calculations stop.

Wish I had a refund

The interview did not explain all options very well. Some errors were difficult to fix. Duplicate entry occurred in one of the worksheet and it keep prompting to fix the date (highlighting the first entry) then told me it had more than 365 days in year.
What's great about it: Ability to use forms as cross check
What's not so great: Questions were not always straight forward

Easy Breezy

The software was very simple and intuitive to navigate. I would recommend the use of this program to busy parents that have allot on their plates. Its a sort of grocery getter for your household. I have filed using this software and have been highly satisfied.

Easy peasy

Excellent, love and will always use your product. However, this is the second year I have had an HSA and both times I did not feel like I knew what I was doing. It seems like the software new I had an HSA but kept saying don't forget to select ... I kept feeling like I missed entering in something.
What's great about it: Simple and easy to use and quick

Little Disatisfied

I am a busy professional and I am also a full time college student in a double Master's program. I have very little time for these activities that come up sporadically, but do not have a complicated tax return so prefer to do this on my own. This programming makes it even simpler and it has a great back up system so that I spend less time to accomplish my taxes year after year. I was a little disappointed in the State tax forms which were supposed to be included in my Deluxe edition disc, I could not file because of the Audit defense until it was purchased and the customer service representative said that it should have been included also. The barriers at the end after I had my taxes figured were worse than the figuring process to begin with.
What's great about it: I love the ease of this system, I always get a great refund
What's not so great: Purchased disc with Audit defense and 1 state included would not let me file without paying again

Errors

Other than the con listed, Turbo Tax this year was fine. I finally thought of going back to my original federal income tax to correct having too many characters in the employment position of the state tax. I was then able to e-file state along with federal. I saw in the help center that others had this same problem in other areas of the state tax return for another state, but there was no answer to the problem.
What's not so great: Could not correct error on error screen, which caused issues with e- file.
