Great product

Turbo Tax is very user friendly. However, I don't understand why the online version is more expensive than purchasing the disc. It is also my understanding that the online version is slightly different that the purchase version. I don't know this from personal experience, but it is written in the reviews. I would think that both versions would be the same and the online version would be cheaper.

The program itself is great and works. It does keep you abreast of recent changes and gives you a detailed reference point for research and information. What it, nor the IRS does not do is SUBTRACT NON-TAXABLE INCOME FROM THE VETERANS ADMINISTRATION. DEFENSE FINANCE SERVICES DOES NOT REPORT MONIES FROM THE VA. ONLY THE COMBINED TOTAL OF MILITARY RETIREMENT, AND THE VA DOES NOT REPORT MONIES TO THE IRS.
What's great about it: decent and it works
What's not so great: does not know all the in and outs of Federal Bureaucracy
