What's great about it: Walks you thru everything
What's not so great: A lot to go through to complete filing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

very easy to follow. lots of help provided.
What's great about it: could import information from previous year, guided me through the process so it was simple to complete the return

i use turbo tax all the time, was going to a pro tax service, always have a better return from turbo tax. cant ask for a better program for taxes in my opinion. Thanks intuit.
What's great about it: never audited, large refunds.
What's not so great: a little pricy but cheaper than a service.

I find it difficult to correct errors when doing a "REVIEW". When an error is caught, I would like there to be a link to the tax form line where I can do the correction. Otherwise, Turbotax is an excellent product.

not pleased with the process this year, the updates took forever and would not update had to do many things to make it work. will not be using turbo tax next year, too much stress!!!!!!!

They said e-file was included. Then when you e-file they say you have to upgrade.
What's great about it: It was easy to used.
What's not so great: charge you extra to e-file. When e-filing was included.
