have used Turbo Tax for the last six years. Prior tax preparation has been paper and pencil for over 36 years.
This program, to me, has made this yearly hated requirement enjoyable.
Did have to talk to a real person a couple years back and Turbo Tax's people were very professional.

What's great about it: Quick, concise, questions answered, greater detail available if needed
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

WHY CAN'T I PRINT???

Because of this printing problem, I would have to give this year's version a "D". Mainly because it was a problem last year and you failed to fix it.
What's great about it: This has been one of the easiest years in using TurboTax. Plus the actual program ran smooth and fast.
What's not so great: I hate the survey at the end that does not allow me to "print my tax return". I had trouble with this last year too.

last years return was a breeze.This year has been a hassle. I had to deactivate my anti malware and spy ware to have turbo work. Now I can't get it to print or save as a pdf file

I've used TT for years and find it better each year. It guides me in the areas I need help and allows me to skip areas where I know I don't need to spend time
What's great about it: improving every year, intuiitive accurate
What's not so great: a bit cumbersome

ENDLESS LOOP

On a Utah State Return the " TP occupation has too many characters" error message keeps taking me back to the occupation line but will not let me edit the line. It is an endless loop with no way out. I paid to e-file my utah return and now I can not e-file because of the Turbotax program. I want a refund of my money!!!!!!!
What's great about it: It is easy to totally waste my time on this program
What's not so great: will not let me edit a problem entry

I will look for different software next year. Use of TurboTax in 2014 has been horrible. No problems in the past. What happened?

1099-misc

Previous Deluxe releases of TurboTax created Schedule C-EZ for simple 1099-misc. This year you created Schedule C.
I used TurboTax for decades, I recommended Intuit products..
This year, you lost a lot of my trust in your company. I was really concerned whether I will be able to file with TurboTax Deluxe version.
