Long time Turbo Tax user

I can't remember when I started using Turbo Tax, but I believe it may well be 30-years ago. Prior to TT, I would write routines in Excel. That was useful and made calculations easier. Still, I had to transcribe the results on to the tax forms. Additionally, I was subject to mistakes and needed to closely monitor changes each year. The cost of TT is very reasonable and saves a lot of stress. Thank you for producing such a great product.
What's great about it: Ease of use, guaranteed accuracy.
What's not so great: None.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I was a little afraid because of what happened last year. I took a chance as last year's nightmare happened once since I have using Turbo Tax in all these years. I am still leery, but this year was painless, glad I tried it one more time, Thanks!

I am impressed the ease everything is laid out. You feel that there is someone beside you, leading you along.
What's great about it: Always a thorough way of doing your tax. Turbo is beside you.
What's not so great: Can't say. No problems.

Turbo tax 2014 has improved vastly over 2013. Example: sales tax for 2013 for WA state was very hard to add if you went with amounts from receipts rather than estimated amount. In 2014 this amount was incredibly easy to enter. The rest of the format was just as straight forward and easy. Well Done.

state tax separate for cd version

What's great about it: always use turbotax and have always done it online. This year i purchased the cd to save some money, or so i thought
What's not so great: I purchased the cd to get state included and now I am being charged
