Easy to follow. Loved the questions, I knew everything was covered. W-2's auto entered was the best thing ever.
What's great about it: very helpful and detailed

I have used Turbo Tax for at least six years and it is always easy and accurate.
What's great about it: It was very easy, answered all questions I could ever have t hought of.
What's not so great: I really couldn't find anything

Had trouble - but Bert fixed them

First time I had trouble efiling my taxes. very frustrating. Called tech service. Bert a rep. sat with me for over an hour working onf the problem. She did a wonderful job, very helpfull and patient. She solved my problem. I e-filed successfully.
What's great about it: Like the interface - very informative
What's not so great: Trouble with your servers and could not efile easily

Fast and easy, finished in about 2 hours

It was fast and easy to use. Finished my husband and my return in about 2 hours. We went long form and I wasn't really as organized as I thought I was. The program asked all the questions and all I did was input the data.
What's great about it: Walks you through the steps

Year to Year-continues to perform

I feel in control each year because Turbo tax walks me through each step. If it could only get me to file earlier than the week before April 15th! Do you have an anti-procrastinator tool in the works for next year?

Foreign Income

When adding Foreign Income to see if you are eligible for the Foreign Earned Income Exclusion it gets to a point where it wants you to choose Bona Fide Residence Test or Physical Presence Test. But if you don't fit either of these conditions, it does not give you another option or tell you that you do not qualify for the exclusion. You just have to back out of that section.
What's not so great: The software did not continue the steps in seeing if I qualified for the Foreign Earned Income Exclusion
