Better every Year

Every year improvements are made which make it even more obvious what to do next. This is the first year I imported a .TXT file from Quicken and it could not have been easier. I've been using TurboTax for at least 15 years.

Quick & Relatively Painless

It's so much better than doing it with paper and pencil. I remember the days with the documents, scratch paper, pencils, and calculator. I recall my father doing it as well when he was alive. He'd enjoy Turbo Tax. I do.
What's great about it: Liked it all

Excellent Program

What's great about it: I am an accountant completing taxes for 33 years. This is an easy program to be used by anyone.
What's not so great: To review one number the program takes you to the entire topic.

worked like a charm, as it has over the last few years. Great product, and easy to use.
What's great about it: great conversational tone, proper help info
What's not so great: not much, could not open and refer to last years in dual window
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

My Head Hurts

If you have all of your documents, TT is quite easy. My problem came at submission. I couldn't and the number provided as a "solution" couldn't tell me why, then suggested I contact TT....which is with whom I thought I was speaking. Anyway, I'll use it again and hope for better luck next year.
What's great about it: Easy
What's not so great: Still have to mail a check

The Service from Turbo Tax is phenomenal! I really appreciate the way one is able to go through each item on the return and feel secure that all points are covered. Than you Intuit!

Convenient and fast!

What I like the most about turbo tax is that it looks for prior year return and downloads the w-2 forms cutting my work in half.
What's great about it: Step by step guidence
What's not so great: I am confused about the upgrade that was promised to me when I bought the deluxe edition
