Turbo tax is amazing

compared to having your taxes done by someone, this was a breeze and less painful on your wallet
What's great about it: super easy
What's not so great: had to enter same info a few times right off the bat

Very easy to use with explainations for everything. I have used Turbo-Tax for years and would not use anything else.

Taxes Are Easy

I have been using TurboTax for more than a decade. I like the user friendly interface and how it walks me through each type of income / deduction or let's me choose what I want to enter. I dread tax day but not because of the preparation method. TurboTax makes a bad day better : )
What's great about it: Ability to file multiple returns for different individuals; imported information from previous year
What's not so great: I can't think of any

I started the tax prep only to hear of the horror stories of the Deluxe to Premium change and by the time I decided to stay with TTax the mistake had been resolved. Thank you for listening to your customers. The only issue I had was trying to understand the confusing explanation of which to buy from the store.
What's great about it: Fast integration from previous years and through It's Deductable
What's not so great: Confusing sales marketing

Walks you through all the categories but you have to remember - will be better prepared with a list of what might apply as it happens during the year!
Was worried when heard about the fraudalent returns filed through TurboTax system in a different state but felt my info was safe!!!

What's great about it: Used for many years & usually get a refund.
What's not so great: This year had to redo several times because forgot several potential credit categories

What's great about it: Very easy to work with. Very good product. You can save a lot of money preparing your own taxes. Thank you TURBO TAX.
What's not so great: If you owe taxes you have an option to pay with credit card. Then there's a charge. Don't like this.

What's not so great: wish it transfered carry overs from prior years and told what out adj gross income was
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
