Survived Another Tax Filing

Very straightforward although struggled with the pensions section area concerning RMDs.

Turbo Tax 2014

I love using Turbo Tax each year. It is simple to use and very quickly runs you through all the areas to file a good 1040. I have learned over the years what to save and how to add up my medical and charitable contributions.

good program to do taxes......but at some point you can save money because you charge for everyhing

Simplicity of Turbo Tax

This would have been a lot faster if it followed the same form as last year when it came to using1099-R forms. Not sure whether our pensions were qualified or not qualified and there did not seem to be the appropriate boxes to check for other parts of this section of Turbo Tax. Last year it seem more straightforward.
What's great about it: Easy to follow and return to edit
What's not so great: Difficulty with section that included 1099-r forms

The system kept asking for vehicle use information related to a non-existent business that ended in 2013. What a nuisance.
