TurboTax Has Done It Once Again!

Rock solid program that's been proven repeatedly through the years for me. My wife and I are extremely gratified to have TurboTax and are pleased with the all aspects of it.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate the program; simple to jump in and update info; used for years without a glitch!

Another Successful Trouble-free Filing as Usual

You should add an option: "I'm already a subscriber. Keep it that way."

What's great about it: I like the look-and-feel, and the hand-holding
What's not so great: If you have a subscription and want to keep it, why do we only have the choices: "No Thanks" or "Sign-me Up"?

When in the middle of the return I found I needed a conformation number to have the free "Premier" downloaded and to call the 800 number which I did. I received a recording (female voice) telling me my call was important and to call back after April 20th. Not much help was she.

Very happy over all. Instructions were unclear on transfer of previous years data from another computer and install on this computer. I was unable to make the helpful data transfers.
Your nickname requirement is a pain!

Been using Turbo Tax since 1995 and it has never steered me wrong. Couldn't file without it.

A BAD YEAR for TURBO TAX

Started off bad by not importing my return from last year. This has always been the best feature because I simply had to adjust numbers from previous years with my new data - had to start at square one - and I know I didn't get at least half of my deductions this year.
Wouldn't connect to the app store with my MacBook even though I was on the Intuit web-site. Kept saying it couldn't connect. This made it so I couldn't enter some of my entries that didn't have a 1099-MISC. I had to find another way to report income that went to the wrong place on my 1040. Because of that, I had to write down everything I did so if I get audited - I can explain where everything went
Probably going to just pay a tax preparer from now on.
