What's not so great: You have to have a easier way to put in the excise tax for Massachusetts.

A++ Used another software for 2013 and ended up owing to the state. Had to fight to prove fault.

Longtime Turbo Tax User

I have been using TurboTax for 18 years now. I wouldn't consider using any other product or service to do my taxes.
What's great about it: Ease of use, confidence that return is correct
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy

Once again, TurboTax meets my needs for fast and easy return preparation. I'm a little wary of the new TurboTax Cloud this year though. You hear all this stuff about stolen identity. This sounds like a huge security breach waiting to happen. I hope the have the cream of the crop working to make sure this DOES NOT happen!

I've used it for years and for me it's no problem. My sales point is that it's up to date and current all the way through tax day. Thank you for your hard work.

Love turbo Tax

Turbo Tax is a wonderful experience. So easy to use. You are all going a great job of keeping up with the latest tax code. I do not need to do that because of what you put into your software...
What's great about it: All I have to do in entered a few pieces of info and click
What's not so great: can't think of any -- been using turbo tax for years love it
