Easy and Fast

I find it easier, although risky if something that is not clear in all the documents or W-2's
What's great about it: Good to do it yourself; a good saving as well
What's not so great: Just if your tax is not straight forward, it might put you in a situation that you need to ask for help

This is my 10th year to use Turbo Tax and wow you did it again. Your program is easy for a novice old geezer like me to use and navigate thru. Also the price is very resonible. Keep up the great work!

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years, and will continue to do so. Turbo Tax has saved me many hours of preparation of my tax returns, and researching any questions I might have is so easy! I will continue using Turbo Tax as long as I have to file.
What's great about it: Ease, confidence, complete
What's not so great: Nothing comes to mind

Despite early 2015 issues encountered by TurboTax, they continue to produce a product that is useful across the board for all wage earners.
What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: Review capabilities could be more detailed
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

BEEN A LONG TIME TURBOTAX USER. HOWEVER, IN THE BACK OF MY MIND I'VE ALWAYS WONDERED IF A CPA WOULD/COULD FIND MORE TAX SAVINGS OR PROVIDE BETTER TAX ADVICE TO MINIMIZE MY OBLIGATION. NO WAY TO KNOW UNLESS I USE ONE TO COMPARE BUT SINCE TURBOTAX HAS ALWAYS SEEMINGLY DONE A CREDIBLE JOB I HAVEN'T JUMPED. NEVERTHELESS COME TAX TIME THE QUESTION IS ALWAYS THERE, YOU KNOW? DEFINITION OF INSANITY IS......RIGHT. MAYBE NEXT YEAR I'LL BREAK THE CYCLE.
What's great about it: PROGRAM IS STRAIGHT FORWARD AND EASY TO USE. LIKE THE HELPFUL EXPLANATIONS.

The Turbo Tax software really made doing my own tax returns possible. The guidance was spot on. The cost of the software was worth a hundred times what was charged.
What's great about it: Excellent step by step guidance, Confident checking at the end
What's not so great: Minor, the few plugs for products and extra services
