Have used Turbo Tax for years. this was the best year yet. Could not find unreimbursed expense field.

Stress Reducer

Excellent Customer Service!

My return was rejected and after making the correction, the tax amounts changed. I had to contact tech support to reset my credit card authorization and the tech support, Michael, was extremely helpful and called me back after my cell phone signal was lost twice. He solved the error and was extremely pleasant.
What's great about it: Tech support was persistent and helpful in solving problem
What's not so great: Correction of rejected return required a call to tech support

Stress relief!

Overall I was very pleased with the easy tax filing process. The system lead me through with very little times I needed to look up something to insure I knew the answer. Even when I reviewed a topic - it was easily explained and provided clear answers to my question. Eliminated a lot of stress - -of which I dread taxes each year, however the program made it worth every dollar!
What's great about it: Questions - responses - lookup for topics
What's not so great: Fee for filing state!

A couple disappointments

Could be easier -- and more reassuring -- for clergy with housing allowances. But overall, effective and easy to use.
What's great about it: Q/A format -- took me through well
What's not so great: Tried to bump me to a higher priced product for the same services.

Got me through this tax nightmare again very fast.

The one and only time I used an outside tax preparer, I was hammered by the state of California two years later because of what they determined bad deductions. My next tax year will NOT be from California,
What's great about it: Never heard from the IRS or State Franchise Tax Board when using TurboTax.
What's not so great: None.

Easy as pie

Overall great program. I have been using the deluxe version for personal taxes for years. I did try to use another version for managing an estate I was executor and it was not as helpful and ended up being a waste of money.
What's great about it: Great user interface. Pulls info from previous years. Makes recommendations
What's not so great: pricy - had to pay more to efile state.
