Great Tax Experience

TurboTax made my life so much easier. This is my first year to do my taxes all by myself and TurboTax walked me right through it! Thank you TurboTax for taking some of the headache out of paying your taxes!!!
What's great about it: Fast. Simple. Straight forward.

Waiting to See

When it works, it works great. Last year I had issues with the electronic filing. As far as I know, it never did work.
What's great about it: A terrific, stress-free way to file taxes
What's not so great: Last year it took forever to file our taxes. I ended up mailing them in a week late.

State tax return

Let the user select how they want to handle. Currently you have to go through a manual update to avoid putting the state program onto the system.
What's not so great: Stop forcing a download of the state program.

Have been using Turbo tax for at leat 10 or more years as it is easy to follow
What's great about it: Takes you step by step through the process, no need to guess if you have taken all your deductions
What's not so great: None

I don't remember if I took Hope Credit or the other tuition tax breaks in the prior years. I have use Turbo Tax for over 10 years why can they find this info for me based on my prior returns?
