Easy - Anyone can file with TurboTax

I'm a long time turbo tax user, and it improves each year. I'm happy to see a few inconsistencies about capturing form details during the question navigation (such as dates etc for donations) seems to have been resolved, so that I don't get unexpected missing info errors during the error check that brings me back to a field on a form that I have to fill in manually. This was one of the smoothest filings yet. Unfortunately I still had to pay in!!
What's great about it: Extremely easy navigation, great instructions
What's not so great: Keeps bugging me to add on features/costs I don't want

It says it saves you trouble but the automatic download of W2 form gives wrong information but then makes you wander in and out of forms to find out how to enter the correct information. It also makes it very hard to send printed forms to State when you send free email form to feds - it is hard to file the state by mail if you do want to file forms free for state by mail.
What's great about it: Eventually it submitted the forms
What's not so great: Downloaded W2 incorrectly

This year's version was worthless because it printed out 2013 returns rather than 2014. I will never use your product again.

fast and easy

have been using turbo tax (fed + state) for many years, makes doing taxes yourself so much faster and easier...the first year using turbo tax requires a good deal of time if you are itemizing, but the time is well spent and paid back in future years with turbo tax - especially if your job, deductions, etc. are similar year to year.
What's great about it: re-using previous year return saves time
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I love TurboTax, I have been using it for over 10 years, and wouldn't think of using anything else. It's super easy to use, and gets easier every year.
What's great about it: Super easy to use

Easy to use and worked, but State Return had bugs!
on April 12, 2015

Bugs included:
1. Could not change my phone number while doing Utah State Return.
2. Had problems initially changing Municipal Bond Fund amount.
Also, very cumbersome to have to enter the same information 4 times into Form 1099-R because the program doesn't allow one to copy an existing entry to a new entry and then modify the few changes necessary. These Forms 1099-R are for pension rollover funds that were essentially identical other than the amounts.
What's great about it: Easy to use.
What's not so great: Occasional bugs in Utah State software

I thought there would be a place, at the end of the computations, to ask if I wanted to maximize my IRA contribution as I still had 500 to invest by the 15th. I can do this anyway and file an amended return.
What's great about it: Easy, quick, a Value for the price
What's not so great: Picking a nickname for this survey
