Still a solid process

This year fortunately I didn't have any stock sells or I would have had to upgrade to the next level program. I didn't like that aspect of this year's edition.
The manner of entering data for tax forms is also very easy. Your forms to a very good job of mimicking the governmental forms.

What's great about it: the comparision of last year's data of every process
What's not so great: The loading of updates every time I logged on.

I have been using various versions of TurboTax (DVD) for over 10 years now and I have complete confidence and trust in their products. In 2014, I got Audited, the tax representatives who handled my case, were very through, pleasant and extremely helpful in assisting me with my particular tax situation. I have compared other tax preparation software online and have found, for me TurboTax is the best! I will keep on using TurboTax, their product keeps getting better and better.
What's great about it: Ease of preparing, gathering the information and efiling

Additional fees added. Should all be presented upfront with no surprises at the end when trying to file.
What's great about it: Guided step by step.
What's not so great: Can not remove things from previous years. Would not import W-2s.

Still Turbo

I've used this product for several years now. I apparently like it. It's thorough and does it cheaper than a tax preparer/service center. I'm not really sure what could/should be added but I don't think anything should be taken away.
What's great about it: Thorough, easy
What's not so great: Long process. But not really a con

Fantastic--Quick and Easy

I have used this product for a few years and always felt it was fairly good. This year it is excellent. I didn't get hung up in any loops when hitting the back key. It seemed to flow well from one subject to another. Liked the new look and I also thought the advertising this year was quite good.
What's great about it: Like to the new format this year. I think the pictures of real people and credentials gave me confidence.
What's not so great: Didn't find any

Taxes Made Easy

I have used Turbo Tax for 15+ years and through all different types of tax situations I have not had any reason to change. The program leads you step by step through all imaginable tax scenarios and you find deductions you may not have known about. Yes you are responsible for entering information correctly but if you are not sure about something there are always links to click on that explains items more thoroughly so you are sure that the information you are entering is correct. I feel that I get the best information and help at the best price!
What's great about it: Leads you step by step
What's not so great: I haven't found any
