Couldn't E-file

Turbotax program could'nt pick up the webpage so I could e-file. After trying everything to make it work, I ended up having to mail in my return. That will delay my refund.!!!
What's great about it: Picks up info from last year. Easy to use.
What's not so great: I couldn't e-file!!!!

Second year and even easier

What's great about it: Help with home office deduction
What's not so great: none

crashed on Windows 8.1

Crashed 4 times on Win 8.1 computer, had to reinstall TurboTax on old computer to efile.
What's great about it: quick and easy
What's not so great: I used Basic before, looked like I had to move up to Deluxe this year
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I tried other tax preparation software and came back to Turbo Tax
What's great about it: New Look, easier to use
What's not so great: Integration with Quicken could be better

Even easier than last year

This is definitely a good way to go and so much cheaper than when I used a tax preparer. If your taxes are straight forward, even with deductions, this is easy. I also like that I get a copy of my return right away. I always had to wait for my tax guy to send it to me after he had input into HIS tax software.
What's great about it: I use the guided part just so I won't miss any deductions, etc.
What's not so great: Having to enter all the addresses and detailed information about donated clothes, etc. that I never had to do before
