Connectivity issues can result from filing on a high volume day when you have reached the e-file return page. Pay attention to the fine print help http page. If it doesn't work, call their help desk and open a page through your browser and DO NOT use the browser's search option. Enter ' turbotax' in the http: box, then press 'enter'. Go to the lower part of the home page and contact help and they will assist you in your state return payment option. Ride Safe.

Fed and State were great. I had a special circumstance w/ non-resident filing in MA where I earned a small amount of money. It was difficult to specify how much income was MA only vs. how much was not. The "apportionment" instructions for MA state were not very clear.

What's not so great: need a do over or reset button

Taxes seem to be more difficult each year. Thank you for this program. I would move to another country if I had to do taxes without a program!

Finally done

I couldn't use my deductions last year and I definitely didn't have enough for this year. It would be nice if when I started my taxes it would remind me not to waste my time and just take the regular deduction.
What's great about it: transfered data from last years taxes and compared to 2013
What's not so great: missed 3 income taxes paid and I finally caught the problem

have used turbotax for several years, highly recommend it. wish it included more detail on ira rollovers concerning trustee to trustee, however, a search at turbotax faq's was most helpful.

I did get confused with what version to use due to the forms issue.
