Not what it use to be

Removal of Schedule A support from 'basic' is not cool.
What's great about it: Q&A approach works very well
What's not so great: TT Basic use to support Schd A, it no longer does. Must use Deluxe $$

I felt tricked

I felt tricked when you took the functionality of Basic last year and bundled it into Deluxe. Even though you apologized, it had already been purchased and I did not want to waste the time to get my rebate.
I will be using a different tax service next year, even after using TurboTax for 5 straight years.
What's great about it: TurboTax is alway easy to use

I always use TurboTax. Even though I have some complex situations with income as a minister and a student, TurboTax still knows what to do. Love it!

Outstanding Product

Turbo Tax makes tax filing a breeze. Completed my State and Federal returns easily and both were e-filed. The total process took little more than an hour and I was DONE!
What's great about it: Extremely easy to follow, all areas covered, simply answer questions when asked.
What's not so great: None

I have used Turbo Tax for years. As long as I have my financial information at hand, TT is easy to use. I have consistently received significant refunds because it finds the possibilities. Thanks Turbo Tax.

More frustrating this year

I really wish that the state prep included efile without yet another charge -- especially for those of us that have multiple states to file . Definitely have to keep your credit card handy with this product.
What's great about it: I was able to file!
What's not so great: confusing error about not having an internet connection when I tried to do another state
