Tips and help makes this horrible chore easier. Migration of data and completeness better than other programs I have used.
What's great about it: Fast easy, auto complete and import the best.
What's not so great: None I found

I have used Turbo for many years. I live in Indiana, but work in Illinois. Turbo Tax messed up both returns and I had to do them manually after receiving a notice from Illinois that my return was wrong. I am very unhappy. You need to fix this!!

Streamlining the tax preperation process

I tried Turbo Tax a number of years ago after questioning the tax documents that had been prepared by a tax professional. Turbo tax caught several errors that would have been otherwise submitted to the IRS. The process is straight forward and easy to follow. Easy transfer and tracking of previous years tax information.I recommend "Turbo Tax" and Intuits "It's Deductible" to my family and friends.
What's great about it: Each year the program gets more streamlined and easier to use.
What's not so great: The only hiccup was when I was trying to enter the amount of state refund applied to the Federal income

Extremely User Friendly

I think I must have had a somewhat unusual circumstance in 2014 with a class action settlement check. It wasn't easy finding answers to my questions of what part is taxable or not.
What's great about it: Lots of opportunities to find help
What's not so great: But couldn't answer a question I had in simple every day language

What's great about it: Love doing my taxes this way ansd have done them this way for many years now.
What's not so great: Had problems Efiling this year though. Kept rejecting, so will have to mail taxes in.
