TurboTax holds your hand through difficult process

The process of paying your govt taxes through the IRS is way more complicated than necessary. Intuit TurboTax is very helpful in navigating a simple taxpayer navigate those complicated & convoluted rules.

What's not so great: Doesn't always explain arcane IRS Rules
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

I think this is a very good way for people to file their taxes. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone.
What's great about it: Simple, easy and understandable
What's not so great: None really
