2014 Fed. Return

Tried 6 or 7 times. Just spins and locks up. Cannot get out of the transmit mode other than by shutting the computer off. Never completes the transmittal!
Even went back through all the steps a couple of times. Perhaps it's due to my using Mozilla Firefox.
What's great about it: Easy and clear to walk through preparation
What's not so great: Won't e-file.

Finally Done!

Been using this for many years. This gets better each year. Aside from my slow typing skills, all went fine again.
What's great about it: all went very smooth
What's not so great: a little confused by the pension vs IRA/RMD question area.

Not worth the money

Considering that Turbo Tax really didn't benefit me in any way, I would be much better off filling the forms out manually myself and saving on the expense of Turbo Tax. It was a total waste of money.

Used this software for several years and I love it. Makes it very easy to file my return.
What's great about it: Quick and easy way to file your tax return. Prompts and help dialog boxes are very easy to follow.

Mine was simple, nothing confusing.
What's great about it: Smooth, easy
What's not so great: Program didn't remember i PAYED state and fed, and asked me if i wanted to deduct $ from my refund!

TurboTax 2014 review

I've been a faithful TurboTax customer since the late '90's. The ease of use has always had me looking forward to tax season!
This year, the product clarity that I've always experienced is a bit diminished. From my online ordering to e-filing fees, I encountered some things unexpected and unpleasant.
However, my order has been placed for TurboTax 2015. See you next year.
What's great about it: Easy to use, prompts and flow of work are clear and logical.
What's not so great: Surprised that I did not get one free state return this year!
