Quick and Painless

I was totally pleased. I was dreading having to set time aside on a Saturday to do taxes. I did the entire process in less than an hour! I suspect it would've taken even less time if I I would've have had my Turbo Tax from the preceeding year handy.

Turbo Tax is Great

I have used TT for sveral years and I am pleased with how it works. If you could provide e-file for state at no charge without changing the price for initial purchase that would help ice the cake.
What's great about it: Very easy to use, walks through everything, Fed E-file
What's not so great: State E-file is not free

Tax preparation thats not taxing!

I liked that it asked whether last years entries are valid for this year and the ability to remove is easy. will the selections be available next year if they were removed this year. i.e. Charities are not every year but do reoccur later.
What's great about it: Smooth and efficient process especially with electronic W2's and divident statements
What's not so great: I wish the calculator was easier to select to use, icon on bar.

Helped guide me to uncover a big deduction!

I do not make a million dollars a year, and I do not have complicated finances or dealings so I do not need to hire an expensive CPA to do my taxes. I feel that TurboTax is built for guys like me that are really in the middle with tax needs.
What's great about it: Easy to use, simple guidance.
What's not so great: Using the back feature sometimes hid the last topic when going forward

Easy to Use but hard to choose download option

Easy to use - continues to improve every year. My one gripe is that I prefer to download and prepare offline and the web site makes it incredibly difficult to find this option if you have a login. Site continually tries to dump you into the online preparation option, which I do NOT want.
What's great about it: Gets more intuitive every year - design continues to improve
What's not so great: Hard to locate download option on web site - do not want the online tax preparation option
