Easy and user friendly

Turbo-tax in a great guide through the ever increasing mess of filing taxes. Both federal and state taxes are easy to complete and file using Turbo-tax. Now, if we could only change how taxes are done, the entire country would be happy.
What's great about it: Step by step guide & pro. help on needed information

I will continue to use Turbo tax because of its easy to use step by step process. But i continue to be disapointed in the run around it gives you when you are ready to file. i would like to be able to pick e-file for federal and mail for state on one screen. Then have it process each sequentially. Now if you don't e-file both you have to figure out how to return and request to file state by mail.

Have been using Turbo Tax for several years. Each year is easier than the last, and this year was no exception.
What's great about it: Excellent instruction, fool-proof, very easy to complete.

Each year I experience difficulty in knowing exactly when and where to provide the data on estimated tax payments. Otherwise, great.

Killer App!

I have used TurboTax for at least seven years. Always easy to use. And even thought I've completed my taxes myself for the last 45 years... it's ALWAYS a great thing to be brought through each item individually... if desired... and have the explanation for each item available, if needed.
I have found TurboTax to be accurate and easy to use... and the availability for the latest updates and the inclusion of the individual forms is invaluable.
I'm a TurboTax user for life!!!
What's great about it: Easy.. Accurate (I checked!)... Consistent performance year after year
What's not so great: None that I see.

Peace of mind!

I have done our returns by hand for over 30 years. This is the 2nd year I have used Turbo Tax Deluxe. I am so happy with the ease and speed of preparing and filing--I will always use the program. The carryforward of information from last year is also very handy!
What's great about it: So easy to use and file on time
What's not so great: None that I have found
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
