State taxes are hard to do in Turbo Tax

The software feels like it gets in the way of accurate entry of state tax information. If it were possible to split the screen such that one half of the screen is used to enter information while the other half shows the forms that are being filled in, that would be useful in checking for obvious errors
What's great about it: Easy to input common items
What's not so great: Automatic transfer from Fed forms to State does not accurately account for specifics related to state taxes

Pretty Easy! Even For Me!

Would highly recommend Turbo Tax to everyone! In all honesty, my first year of using it was very intimidating! After I got through filing my taxes on my own; I thought, why am I paying someone else to do my taxes! I've been a user of Turbo Tax for years now!
What's great about it: Step by step guidence! "Learn More" help for that extra bit of info!
What's not so great: Sometimes I had to re-read for my own clarity!

Less complicated return

Turbo tax made my complicated yearly return easy and stress free, appreciate all of the ways in which they explain everything, and I mean everything so I didn't feel overwhelmed or unsure of anything with filing.
What's great about it: Easy to read, not hard to answer complicated questions about my return
What's not so great: Hearing all of the testimonies about people being hacked by others for their refund
